<p lang="EN-US"><span lang="EN-US">One of the most influential acts in modern metal and hardcore, in 2026 Florida heavyweights&nbsp;POISON THE WELL&nbsp;will&nbsp;at long last&nbsp;again be at arm&#39;s length for Australian fans, heading down under for their first Australian shows in well over 15 years this June, joined by special guests&nbsp;HAYWIRE&nbsp;(USA).</span>&nbsp;</p><p lang="EN-US"><span lang="EN-US">Caustically fluent in flitting between brutality and beauty without breaking a sweat,&nbsp;POISON THE WELL&#39;s 1999 debut album&nbsp;&lsquo;The Opposite&nbsp;Of&nbsp;December&rsquo;&nbsp;was a watershed moment for the metal and hardcore world, with&nbsp;a huge impact&nbsp;that redefined what heavy music could be for an entire generation. The band went on to release four further highly celebrated and diverse albums before calling it quits in 2010. A pair of reunion shows in 2015 inevitably snowballed into more activity, with the legendary band now on the eve of their first studio album in 17 years &ndash; &lsquo;Peace&nbsp;In&nbsp;Place&rsquo;, produced by Will Putney and due out March 20.&nbsp;</span>&nbsp;</p><p lang="EN-US"><span lang="EN-US">The authentic and searing Boston hardcore group HAYWIRE will make their Australian debut as direct support.
